The conference will take place in The Hague, and other participants will also join the conference online.<\/p>\n<p>The NWO-WOTRO Food &amp; Business Research Programme (F&amp;B) aims at addressing persistent food security challenges in low and middle income countries.\u00a0This final conference will bring together project-level insights and outcomes in order to identify commonalities and create coherence, and ultimately to enlarge the impact of all research results.<\/p>\n<p>Our Director, Frejus Thoto and Sietze Vellema of Wageningen University and research will give a dual keynote on the theme \u201c <strong><em>Making knowledge relevant for food and nutrition security \u2013 reflections and ways forward\u201d <\/em><\/strong>on Thursday 10 December 2020 at 12:45 (CET)<\/p>\n<p>Our colleague Donald Houessou will make a co-presentation with Ben Sonneveld of Amsterdam centre for World Food Studies Thursday 10 December\u00a0 14:00 \u2013 15:15 hrs (CET) on the theme : <strong><em>Diversification of the fork using local foods: Lessons learned on the impacts and pathways from various contexts<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our colleagues will share reflections and lessons learned on food and nutrition security<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NWO-WOTRO and the Food &amp; Business Knowledge Platform organize on 9 and 10 December 2020 the final Food &amp; Business Research Conference on the theme \u201cScaling Insights for Sustainable Food Systems\u201d.
