Evidence (research results, evaluation results, endogenous beliefs and knowledge, citizen opinions, and statistical data<\/em>) is essential to help policymakers and practitioners make informed decisions and implement appropriate actions, especially in sensitive development areas such as food and nutrition security. Unfortunately, evidence use among policymakers and practitioners such as non-governmental organizations (NGOs) is still limited.
