Martin Boton

Martin Boton is Senior Capacity Development Specialist at the African Center for Equitable Development (ACED). He designs and coordinates training programs for public decision-makers and development practitioners, focusing on strengthening the use of evidence in decision-making and improving knowledge transfer between researchers and public actors.

At ACED, he leads the pedagogical design of online courses, facilitates training sessions for parliamentarians, and coordinates regional workshops across francophone Africa. He has also led the development of an e-learning platform dedicated to evidence-informed public policy.
