Narcisse Kone

Narcisse Kounatcho is a socio-economist holding a Master’s degree in Humanitarian Project Management and Sustainable Development. As a Project Management Specialist, he has worked for 16 years in the implementation of development projects, including the design, development, and management of policies, programs, or projects related to social responsibility, financial inclusion, and gender in Côte d’Ivoire, with 8 years of work in West and Central African countries. He also has strong knowledge of development approaches involving gender dimensions in general and particularly citizen participation in local development processes and behavior change.
